Dayprofit Users FAQ

1. Where is Dayprofit’s headquarters located?

DayProfit doesn’t have a local headquarters. Our legal address is Lighthouse Trust Nevis Ltd, Suite 1, A.L. Evelyn Ltd Building, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, and our registration number is L 22205.

2. I haven’t received my registration confirmation email. Why?

We recommend checking the email address you provided, your spam, junk, promotions, and social folders, and ensure there’s enough space in your inbox for new emails. If not, consider deleting old or unnecessary emails and try again.

3. Why hasn’t my account been verified yet?

The account verification process can take up to 3 business days. Please wait for the specified time.

4. What documents can I use for account verification?

You can use your ID card, driver’s license, passport, physical work ID, or military ID (not the reservist certificate). The document must be in its physical form; digital copies won’t be accepted.

5. I submitted my documents, but they weren’t accepted. Why?

The reason for the error can be found on the verification page, where you can upload the correct image of the document again.

6. How long does it take to process payments?

Deposits: Pix (brazilian payment) – 1 to 6 hours, PicPay – 3 to 60 minutes, Bank Voucher – 1 to 24 hours
Withdrawals: Up to 3 business days from our end + up to 5 business days from the bank’s end

7. What payment methods are available?

Deposits: Pix, PicPay, or Bank Voucher
Withdrawals: Bank transfer

8. I made a payment in Boleto, but my deposit hasn’t been credited yet. Why?

The deposit in Boleto can take up to 24 hours after payment.

9. I made a Pix deposit, but it hasn’t been processed. Why?

The Pix deposit can take up to 6 hours after the transfer.

10. How many hours does it take for my deposit to show up?

Deposits: Pix – 1 to 6 hours, PicPay – 3 to 60 minutes, Boleto – 1 to 24 hours

11. Are there any trading limits? Does it limit quickly?

There are no trading limitations from our side, but DayProfit may offer special conditions, taking into account market conditions and platform terms of use.

12. Why was my account limited?

Your account may have been placed under observation due to abnormal activity detected by DayProfit’s intelligence department, possibly involving illegal practices. Please provide your email, and we will respond within 48 hours regarding your situation.

13. Why can’t I make withdrawals, and it says it’s unavailable for my country?

The payment method used should be registered in the same country as your DayProfit account.

14. Is there a minimum quota to enter trades?

The quota depends on the liquidity available in the market at the time of trading.

15. Why is my account experiencing delays?

A delay of 0 to 4 seconds can be expected and is considered normal, see our Terms and Conditions.

16. Why did my payout decrease?

Market conditions can vary. Past profitability does not guarantee future returns.

17. Why do I only have OTC pairs in my account?

If the Dayprofit intelligence department identify abnormal activity in your open positions, your account can be limited based on the broker’s established terms of use.

18. Why have my open positions disappeared?

If the Dayprofit intelligence department identify abnormal activity in your open positions, your account can be limited based on the broker’s established terms of use.

19. Why have my trades disappeared?

If the Dayprofit intelligence department identify abnormal activity in your traders, your account can be limited based on the broker’s established terms of use. Please provide your contact email. The resolution timeframe is up to 48 hours.

20. Why did my winning trades disappear while the losing ones stayed?

If the Dayprofit intelligence department identify abnormal activity in your traders, your account can be limited based on the broker’s established terms of use.

21. Why did my profits vanish?

If the Dayprofit intelligence department identify abnormal activity in your traders, your account can be limited based on the broker’s established terms of use.

22. Why was my account blocked?

If the Dayprofit intelligence department identify abnormal activity in your traders, your account can be limited or blocked based on the broker’s established terms of use.

23. Can I use signals?

Signal usage is allowed as long as they don’t lead to prohibited practices according to DayProfit’s terms of use.

24. Can I engage in Chinese operations?

Any practices related to “chinese operations” are not allowed, based on the broker’s terms of use. If use of such abusive practices is identified, the account owner assumes full responsibility, including account limitations, blocks, or permanent bans without prior notice or recourse.

25. Can I log in from more than one computer?

Yes, you can log in with the same account on up to 4 devices. Remember to maintain account security with a strong, unique password and two-factor authentication.

26. Can I trade on behalf of others?

Using the account, documents, or payment methods of others is prohibited on our platform.

27. Can I withdraw to someone else’s name?

Using the account, documents, or payment methods of others is prohibited on our platform.

28. Can I deposit in someone else’s name if the account is in my name?

Using the account, documents, or payment methods of others is prohibited on our platform.

29. Why was the chat option removed from my platform?

If the Intelligence department identifies spam attempts or persistent vexatious messages, the chat may be temporarily disabled, limited, or permanently deactivated.

Dayprofit Affiliates FAQ

1. What is the commission for CPA?

The CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) commission can vary from $20 to $800, depending on the financial volume of the traders who sign up through your affiliate link.

  • Total deposits: 0-40 dollars
    • Generated amount: 40 dollars

  • Total deposits: 40-100 dollars
    • Generated amount: 100 dollars

  • Total deposits: 100-450 dollars

    • Generated amount: 1600 dollars

Please note that these values are based on the financial volume of traders who registered through your CPA link.

2. What are the rules for receiving CPA commissions?

To receive the CPA commission, please follow these rules:

  • The trader must be redirected to the platform through your CPA link.
  • The values of deposit and generated amount by the traders must fall within the specified categories in the table above.
  • Operations can be carried out on either desktop or mobile applications, with different commissions, as indicated in the table.

3. What is the commission for REVSHARE?

The commission for RevShare is a regressive percentage. Affiliates start by receiving 50% of the value generated by the trader, and this percentage gradually decreases over time, reaching 12% from the 6th month onwards.

4. What are the rules for receiving REVSHARE?

To receive the RevShare commission, follow these rules:

  • The trader must be redirected to the platform through the affiliate’s RevShare link.
  • From there, the affiliate will receive a percentage of the value generated by the trader, as specified in the table below:

5. What are the payment days for affiliates?

Affiliate payments are made biweekly. Please ensure that your payment information is up to date in your account to ensure timely receipt of your commissions.

6. Can I have a marketing account?

Currently, it’s not possible to have a marketing account for affiliates due to internal policy restrictions of the company. If you require additional help, please get in touch with our support team.
